Account Application Guide
Note
Access to the geo-awareness data is only granted to UAS manufacturers who have legitimised themselves to DFS as UAS manufacturers of Class C1 to C3. After a positive review of your documents, you can apply for an account for the download.
The following documents are required for verification:
- Extract from the commercial register or nationally adequate document,
- Description of the product(s) and
- Proof of business activity, e.g. through flyers, brochures and homepage or,
- if available, type examination according to Art. 13 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945.
Please use our contact form to send us the relevant evidence. If we have any questions, we will contact you. Details on the use of our data can be found in the GTC.
After your legitimation documents have been checked, we will inform you about the result. If the result is positive, you will receive an identification number which you can use for all future actions and enquiries. After receiving the identification number, you can apply for an account via the contact form. Please have your identification number ready. The account must be created by the user who downloads the data from our platform. After creating the account, you will receive the login information and can start downloading the data.
Account owners can order necessary changes via the contact form 'Manage account'. Please note that the work (resetting/re-issuing your password, etc.) may take several working days. If you do not have an account, the request will not be answered.
