Flight restriction for the 2024 European Men's Football Championship

• Operations flights of the Federal Police and state police forces
• Flights on behalf of and at the instigation of the police
  
• Rescue and civil protection flights

• Operations flights of the Federal police, state police forces and Bundeswehr
• Flights on behalf of and at the instigation of the police, with the approval of the police, state aircraft and the Bundeswehr with reference to UEFA EURO 2024, in rescue and civil protection operations, ambulance flights
• Flights under instrument flight rules only (interchangeable procedures – Y and Z flight plans – are not allowed) that comply with ICAO standards set out in Annex 17 (Aviation Security) or Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008 
• Flights of flight models and unmanned aeronautical systems at a distance of more than 2 NM around the airfields, taking into account the provisions of § 21h LuftVO and provided that a flight altitude of 120 m above ground is not exceeded

• Operations flights of the Federal police, state police forces and Bundeswehr
• Flights on behalf of and at the instigation of the police, with the approval of the police, state aircraft and the Bundeswehr with reference to UEFA EURO 2024, in rescue and civil protection operations, ambulance flights
• flights exclusively under instrument flight rules (exchange procedures – Y and Z flight plans – are not allowed) which comply with ICAO standards set out in Annex 17 (Aviation Security) or Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008; 
• Flights of flight models and unmanned aircraft systems at a distance of more than 2 NM around the venues, taking into account the provisions of § 21h LuftVO and provided that a flight altitude of 120m above ground is not exceeded

Carrying and using a transponder with automatic height transmission and Radio-telephony contact with the associated ground station is mandatory.
